PGRS Terms & Conditions – Clear and Easy to Understand

By using pgrs's website and services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms pgrs and serves as a legal agreement between pgrs and its members.

These terms and conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. pgrs reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and the updated terms will be published on this page.

To open an account with pgrs, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Submitting incorrect or false information is a punishable offence and may result in account termination.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple family members wish to use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, pgrs Support must be notified in advance.
• Residents of areas or professions where gaming is prohibited under Bangladeshi law are not eligible to register.

Once registration is complete, pgrs reserves the right to verify your account. Identification documents or additional information may be requested if necessary.

Pgrs follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to maintain a secure platform. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide one of the following documents:

• National ID (NID) or Passport
• Mobile banking account confirmation screenshot
• Selfie or video verification (if required)

Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending KYC verification. This is part of pgrs's security policy and is in place to protect our members.

The rules governing financial transactions at pgrs are outlined below:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300
• Maximum daily deposit: varies based on account verification level
• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank cards
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance within 2–5 minutes
• No additional charges on deposits

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts
• Standard processing time: 1–24 hours; instant for VIP members
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Rollover requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn

The following general terms and conditions apply to all pgrs bonuses and promotions. Where a specific promotion has its own terms, these will be stated on the promotion page.

• Each offer is applicable once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are clearly stated alongside each bonus. On pgrs, the standard rollover is typically 3x–5x.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• Pgrs reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• If you have a bonus code, it must be applied before making a deposit.

Keep the following rules in mind when placing bets at pgrs:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified — including in-play bets.
• If an event is cancelled, your full stake will be refunded.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a software error, pgrs reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Arbitrage betting or participation in a betting syndicate is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pgrs and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Creating Multiple Accounts to Abuse Bonuses
• Using another person's identity documents or payment account
• Using bots, automation software, or hacking tools
• Interfering with the platform's security or normal operations
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing other members or staff
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information

Pgrs may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• At the member's own request

If your account is closed, your verified real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Please contact support to process the refund.

Pgrs believes gaming is purely for entertainment. We encourage all members to play responsibly. To support this, pgrs provides:

• Option to set daily and weekly deposit limits
• Self-exclusion (temporary account break for a set period)
• Access to betting history and loss summary

• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.

If you have a dispute, please contact pgrs customer support first. Most issues are resolved quickly through our support team.

If an issue cannot be resolved through support, pgrs offers the option to settle disputes through an independent third party. Both sides' information and evidence are taken into account throughout this process.
